Sr. Full-Stack Engineer .NET core, React, Node.js

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software applications using AWS, Node JS, React JS, and .Net Core to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support software applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
• Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing time and resources.

Requirements

• Proficient in .NET Core, React, and Node JS.
• Good to have AWS skillset.
• Very good communication skills and good customer management skills.
• Technically sound to provide design and architectural solutions.
• Ability to interact with customers to understand requirements and collaborate with offshore teams.
• Should identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Ensure quality and timely deliverables.

Nice to Have

• AWS skillset.
