About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust software applications using Advanced Java and Spring technologies to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Implement and maintain scalable AWS cloud solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Optimize database queries and manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Utilize Spring MVC and Spring Boot frameworks to build and deploy microservices architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and improving user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate software functionality and performance.
• Document software designs, technical specifications, and user guides for future reference and training.
• Contribute to the Cards & Payments domain by developing solutions that enhance transaction processing and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in AWS with the ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Expertise in Database and SQL with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring data accuracy.
• Extensive experience with Spring MVC, Spring Framework, Spring Core, and Spring Boot for building enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Advanced Java with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
