About the Role

The role involves development, support, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our company's goals and positively impact our clients and society. This position is based in Plano, Texas, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 to 4 days a week in an office, supporting work-life balance and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support high-quality software solutions aligned with company goals.
Maintain and enhance existing applications using Java Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, React.js, and Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle following agile methodologies.
Deploy and manage applications using Azure DevOps cloud services.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with React.js and JavaScript for front-end development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps cloud services, including deployment and management.
Knowledge of SQL and MySQL for database management and optimization.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud application deployment and management.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools.
Previous experience working in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Relevant professional experience in software development (8-10 years).
