Sr JDE EnterpriseOne Developer ( onsite in WI or MN - relocation package available)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiently develop and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Orchestrations, ensuring functional designs are stable, reliable, and scalable.
• Verify that production applications operate at optimal levels through quality application delivery and quickly correct production issues as needed.
• Document and track current and future state business processes and requirements within one or more functional business areas.
• Create functional specifications based on business requirements and assess changes to requirements and their impacts.
• Track requirements from business case to implemented solution and maintain requirements for reuse.
• Integrate testing for projects and support user acceptance testing, including defining test scenarios, plans, strategies, and scripts.
• Provide artifacts such as data models, data maps, knowledge base articles, and educate the support team.
• Identify and gather business requirements to develop solutions that satisfy business needs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering within business areas to develop comprehensive business requirements documents.
• Work with project managers and systems analysts to build test plans and business test scripts, ensuring traceability from requirements to implementation.
• Define and create project policies, procedures, functional specifications, DITLs, and decision documentation following PMO methodology.
• Review end-user training documentation and assist in training if needed.
• Support Subject Matter Experts on business processes and systems, acting as liaison between IT and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in Software Development, Information Technology, or related areas.
• Recent experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x and related technologies or similar ERP packages.
• In-depth knowledge of JDE APIs, custom UBE programs, Business Functions (BSSV), and NERs.
• Ability to design, develop, and support JDE Orchestrations both technically and functionally.
• Knowledge or familiarity with JDE BI Publisher, Caf One, One View, Watch Lists, and Composite Pages.
• Deep understanding of JDE database structures and application data usage.
• Understanding of different operating environments (DV, PY, PD) and object promotion rules.
• Experience supporting and integrating third-party systems.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DSI and RF Smart development is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
