About the Role

At T-Mobile, the Sr Manager, Creative Direction - Brand, Enterprise & SLT Video is responsible for setting the creative vision and leading the development of impactful video content across brand and enterprise initiatives, including executive communications. The role involves overseeing a team of creative directors, producing content for various channels, and ensuring brand cohesion and high-quality storytelling. This position requires in-person presence in Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid work environment and flexibility for evening and weekend work due to production cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative process for video projects, from concept development through production and post-production, ensuring high standards of storytelling, craft, and brand alignment.
  • Direct and mentor a team of creative directors, fostering a culture of excellence, experimentation, and growth.
  • Integrate new technologies and AI tools into the team's workflow to improve efficiency and support scalable creativity.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring balanced workload and appropriate delegation.
  • Track project milestones and review schedules to ensure timely delivery aligned with expectations.
  • Develop templates, style guides, and content libraries to enable fast, repeatable creative production while maintaining quality.
  • Develop creative solutions tailored to diverse channels (web, social, live events, internal platforms) with channel-specific storytelling formats.
  • Translate complex business concepts into emotionally resonant, clear, and compelling videos for internal and external audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across marketing, product, communications, and executive leadership, translating input into actionable creative briefs.
  • Communicate and contextualize executive and partner feedback to the team, ensuring incorporation into future work.
  • Oversee production timelines, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Create scalable workflows, incorporate AI and emerging tools, and optimize team efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Stay informed on trends in storytelling, design, technology, and media formats to keep creative output fresh and innovative.
  • Monitor industry creative standards and use insights to elevate team output.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in creative direction or video content leadership within high-performing internal creative teams or agencies.
  • A strong portfolio or reel showcasing end-to-end video storytelling across various channels and audiences.
  • Proven success in developing and leading creative teams, building stakeholder trust, and translating feedback into actionable results.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to craft stories that drive business outcomes.
  • Technical fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, video production tools, and emerging technologies such as AI for editing, scripting, and animation.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to align vision across teams and subject areas.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, adjusting to shifting priorities, and flexing work hours during peak periods.
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with executive-level storytelling and enterprise communications.
  • Knowledge of AI capabilities that enhance storytelling and video workflows.
