About the Role

This senior SRM position will serve as the SRM Lead for the NWPB and Nutrition Divisions at Nestlé USA. The role involves aligning SRM levers with commercial experience to support division and channel teams in achieving business goals. It includes leading the SRM team, driving best practices, supporting strategic initiatives in pricing, promotion, pack architecture, and assortment, and ensuring alignment with business targets. The position emphasizes fostering a high-performance culture, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement within an inclusive workplace that encourages innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the SRM Team in the NWPB and Nutrition divisions
  • Fostering a team culture of high performance, team development, and service orientation
  • Driving world-class SRM practices across the Arlington campus
  • Supporting the execution of SRM deployment across divisions with understanding of landscape, opportunities, and trends
  • Working with division leaders, accounts, and brands to identify profitable initiatives and opportunities
  • Understanding the impact decisions will have on the commercial landscape
  • Creating and driving brand plans to embed SRM enablers (data, systems, process, capabilities) in collaboration with SME groups
  • Evolving and sharing SRM best practices for Price, Promo, PPA, Mix/Assortment across divisions
  • Conducting analysis and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
  • Monitoring SRM practices to refresh feedback and evolution
  • Supporting stakeholder management to standardize SRM practices organization-wide
  • Aligning business targets with SRM vision
  • Supporting development of Price/Promo capabilities and driving market analyses for pricing opportunities
  • Supporting identification of pricing opportunities and developing pricing scenarios
  • Recommending pricing per channel/customer and improving SRM enablers
  • Developing understanding of pricing concepts like slopes, curves, and elasticities
  • Driving promo strategy and providing real-time marketplace intelligence
  • Supporting the definition and execution of Price-Pack Architecture and monitoring for optimization opportunities
  • Using analytics to uncover growth opportunities and refine competitive positioning
  • Defining and executing Mix & Assortment strategies across divisions
  • Acting as the point of contact between SRM and RGM, supporting measurement of financial impact and ensuring alignment
  • Driving high-level SRM strategy with senior stakeholders
  • Leading and developing the SRM team
  • Providing a holistic view of challenges and opportunities to improve SRM capabilities
  • Owning the culture of profitable growth and being accountable for initiative execution

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Business experience preferred, experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry a plus
  • 2+ years related Strategic Pricing experience preferred
  • Strong track record in analytic or commercial sales/marketing roles
  • Experience with Excel, Access, SAP, Azure, SQL, PowerBI (preferred), and visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across functions
  • Strong systems aptitude and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Commercial experience in sales, marketing, or finance to guide internal and external stakeholder conversations
  • Understanding of end-to-end processes from planning to execution and navigation of systems landscape
  • Change Management skills in complex business environments
  • Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and determine relevant insights for actionable decisions

  • People management experience
  • Experience with syndicated data, promotional effectiveness, sales finance
  • Familiarity with multiple data sources such as syndicated sales data, financial data, and consumer data
