About the Role

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will drive user acquisition and revenue growth through hands-on execution of Google Ads campaigns. This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role for a growth marketer who lives inside the Google Ads interface, thrives on testing velocity, and relentlessly pursues scale. You'll own strategy and day-to-day execution for paid acquisition in Google Ads, directly building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns globally. You'll be the in-house authority on the Google Ads ecosystem, with mastery across Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4, applying operational rigor and rapid experimentation to every initiative. This role is part of Conga's Digital team, which powers marketing and business development worldwide, focusing on inbound lead generation, conversion optimization, and turning traffic into revenue opportunities. The position offers the opportunity to influence the sales pipeline, innovate continuously, and work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment grounded in Conga's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive user acquisition and revenue growth through hands-on execution of Google Ads campaigns.
  • Own strategy and day-to-day management of paid acquisition campaigns globally, including building, optimizing, and scaling.
  • Leverage Google Ads features such as Performance Max, Demand Gen, Search structures, Enhanced Conversions, Target ROAS, and Smart Bidding to meet pipeline and ARR goals.
  • Automate and improve campaign efficiency using custom and prebuilt Google Ads scripts.
  • Analyze performance data, model outcomes, and optimize campaigns to lower customer acquisition costs and increase qualified leads.
  • Manage analytics integration and event tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Partner with operations to develop dashboards, funnel reports, and cohort analyses.
  • Maintain alignment with organic search strategies and utilize Salesforce data to connect campaigns to revenue.
  • Manage a $2M+ annual search spend with an agency mindset for efficiency and performance.
  • Create weekly performance reports for demand generation teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with full ownership, including planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns globally.
  • Expertise in Performance Max, Demand Gen, advanced Search structures, and strategies like Target ROAS and Smart Bidding.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and analytics tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Experience managing $2M+ annual search spend with a focus on efficiency and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns within a B2B environment.
  • Understanding of how paid media channels work together and experience leveraging Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Proactive initiative and ability to propose and own projects outside of immediate scope.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce Data Cloud, Looker, PowerBI, and other reporting tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Experience managing paid search in a B2B organization or agency.
  • Knowledge of how all paid media channels integrate and leveraging ABM strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years managing paid search campaigns, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns and using advanced bidding strategies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
