Sr. Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the development and integration of AI Agent technology into Autodesk's platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI capabilities across various customer touch points.
• Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and specifications for AI integrations.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models tailored to Autodesk's needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to ensure Autodesk remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with software and/or AI products.
• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI integration projects, preferably within a large technology company.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable product requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the design and make technology industry.
• Knowledge of Autodesk's product suite and services.
• Familiarity with customer experience and touch point optimization.

• For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700.
• Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
• In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
