The role of Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Sales Marketing involves driving adoption of Clover Hospitality POS, a restaurant technology that combines hardware, software, and payments to enhance service and profitability in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the wider product marketing team including customer communications, and design to bring the next generation fintech solutions to market
Create one-pagers, case studies, website feature pages, and other marketing materials to ensure teams are equipped to effectively sell
Lead and scale customer research program, recruiting Clover Hospitality ambassadors to inform product development as well as messaging & positioning
Drive competitive and marketing intelligence program, partnering with the Enablement team to distill insights into battlecards, talking points, and objection handling
Liaise with cross-functional partners to develop pricing and packaging strategy, inclusive of software and hardware solutions
Align with Fiserv Global Brand, Merchant Solutions, and Centers of Excellence teams to craft inbound and account-based marketing programs
Collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyers
Build a marketing plan for the products supported, including key activities and budgets to support retention and acquisition, and report on program effectiveness
Transfer product knowledge to sales, marketing, partners, and customer success to ensure success in the market

Requirements

5-7+ years of product marketing or GTM experience
Background in driving adoption and retention marketing efforts for SMB or merchant solutions
Comfortable building 0-1 programs across customer research and competitive intelligence disciplines
Results-oriented and data-driven, able to use data to identify problems, find opportunities, and drive improvement
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building skills
Champion the customer and have experience in soliciting customer feedback
Strong writer who can adapt to the company voice and write simple, short copy for busy restaurant operators

Nice to Have

Expertise working on or with point-of-sales (POS) systems
Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute in addition to developing strategy
Experience supporting account-based marketing programs
Desire to mentor and coach more junior teammates

Qualifications

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Salary range of $120,000.00 - $198,000.00 (applicable in New Jersey, New York, California; other states may differ)
Eligible for an annual incentive opportunity, which may include cash bonus and equity awards
