About the Role

The Sr. Python Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying backend systems and services using Python. The role involves building APIs, optimizing application performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to technical decisions to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy backend systems and services using Python.
Build APIs and integrations with third-party services.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design.

Requirements

4-7 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.
Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, ORMs, and asynchronous programming.
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Good understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python programming, application development, and API development.
Knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI.
Experience with RESTful API design.
