About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical architects, ensuring their professional growth, skill development, and alignment with company goals.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and architectural solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Act as a technical liaison with clients, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, and building strong, lasting relationships.
• Oversee architectural designs and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Address complex technical challenges proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12+ years in Enterprise technical architecture or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• 8+ years leading architecture review boards, and system architectures.
• At least 8 years' experience managing senior engineers or architects.
• Proficiency in architectural frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and modern software development practices (including microservices).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with experience presenting technical solutions to clients.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring collaboration, growth, and productivity.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset for tackling technical challenges.

Nice to Have

• Experience with retail solutions or in the retail industry.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• Extensive experience in enterprise technical architecture and leadership roles.
