  • Develop operations products (procedures, documentation, etc.) supporting the mission timeline for both nominal and contingency situations in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Handle needs, constraints, and tasks from collaborators such as engineers working on flight vehicle systems, ground software engineers, flight operations, customers, and program management.
  • Collaborate with the training team to plan training simulations and activities.

  • First principles knowledge of all major spacecraft subsystems.
  • Familiarity with version control, preferably Git.
  • Experience with communications protocols for space applications (e.g., CCSDS, DDS).
  • Proven expertise in requirements definition and management, preferably using DOORS Next Generation (DNG).
  • Familiarity with system safety analyses techniques including FHA, FMECA, and FTA.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
