• Lead a premier team of engineers and elevate their performance.

• Collaborate with senior sales and business unit leadership and industry visionaries.
• Dive deep into sophisticated challenges and turn them into dynamic outcomes.
• Develop and execute bold technical strategies aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, allocate resources, and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and strengthen relationships across Cisco, partners, and the Service Provider ecosystem.
• Bring technical expertise to connect customer needs with Cisco's solutions.
• Build a culture of proactive high performance, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical sales experience in the Service Provider space.
• Validated leadership in solutions engineering with a strong background in sales strategy and team management.
• Deep understanding of the Service Provider industry landscape, including trends and technologies.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Strong experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Nice to Have

• Expert knowledge of networking, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects and elevating customer experience.
• A natural relationship builder and communicator who leads with empathy.

Qualifications

• Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.) are a major plus.
