About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React Js to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that align with industry standards.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard user information and company data.
• Test and deploy applications and systems ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
• Document development processes, code changes, and project updates for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of React Js and its core principles.
• Demonstrate experience in Industry Essentials and related domain knowledge.
• Exhibit proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications
