Key Responsibilities
- Work with a team of talented colleagues to propose ideas to define, drive, and execute projects on Lilt's Linguist GUI, App Server, and backend systems.
- Enable linguists to deliver truly localized experiences.
- Contribute to high-visibility, high-impact projects with enormous growth opportunities.
- Think big while diving deep into technical challenges and iterating on processes as the company grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Masters of Science in Computer Science (Masters preferred).
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack engineer.
- Experience leading an engineering team in a technical capacity.
- Experience working on large-scale, distributed software systems.
- Proficient in React or other associated libraries, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Java and Python.
- Solid relational database knowledge and significant experience with very large MySQL installations.
- Basic knowledge of NLP and machine learning techniques is highly valued.
- Professional fluency in English.
