Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to process and analyze large-scale security data
Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to enhance threat intelligence capabilities and automate security operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for leveraging data and AI to solve complex problems
Design and build autonomous AI agentic solutions, including experience with LLM architecture, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing the data strategy
Think creatively to develop innovative solutions, demonstrating curiosity and problem-solving skills

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or software development, focusing on data-centric applications
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Hands-on experience with AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders
A strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Must be local to the SF Bay area to be onsite

Nice to Have

Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation projects
