This role involves leading technical initiatives with a strong full stack background, engaging with executive stakeholders, translating complex technical solutions into high-level communications, and maintaining hands-on involvement in development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design and development across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and database layers).
Champion security principles throughout the SDLC, ensuring compliance with best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Identify, track, and drive resolution of technical debt to sustain product quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership; deliver compelling executive-level presentations and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Prepare executive-facing technical documentation, reports, roadmaps, and high-level architecture materials.
Collaborate with both business and technical teams to define functional requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Participate actively in solutioning, architecture reviews, code development, and deployment activities.
Champion technical best practices, mentor junior developers, and support continuous improvement across the development team.
Own and drive functional aspects of project delivery, aligning technology with business goals.

Requirements

Strong full stack development experience with knowledge in front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Experience in engaging with executive stakeholders and delivering technical presentations to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, .NET, Java, Python.
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services is preferred.
Ability to operate in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product mindset.
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification.

Nice to Have

Proven experience delivering full stack applications in a leadership capacity.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with C-suite executives.
Experience in crafting technical documentation for strategic and executive audiences.
