Hyundai's North America Quality Center (NAQC) is the quality arm for Hyundai Motor Group's North American vehicle models. NAQC seeks to further Hyundai's goal of becoming the leading automotive manufacturer in North America by delivering uncompromising quality and exceeding consumer expectations. The Strategy and Analysis Manager will lead a team of business analysts to support NAQC's quality action process through designing, developing, and maintaining tools and systems for quality investigations, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to monitor quality issues, analyze customer data, and escalate new quality cases.
