Supervisor, Search Engine Optimization

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day SEO tactical management and execution across multiple clients
• Work in conjunction with predefined SEO campaign objectives
• Provide regular client reports and deliverables with actionable insights
• Perform client work in coordination with other media teams
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop strategies for technical SEO implementation
• Work with multiple levels of agency teams to ensure a high-quality organic search experience

• Ability to conduct relevant keyword research and make recommendations
• Experience in interpreting analytical data and identifying actionable opportunities

• 3+ years' work experience in an SEO-heavy environment and/or specifically with SEO
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Applications
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMRush, Brightedge, Conductor
• Understanding of key search engine ranking factors
• Ability to conduct detailed on-site optimization
• Proven ability to autonomously manage ongoing SEO campaigns
• Knowledge of local search and local rankings
• Experience with local listings management (LLM) and local SEO

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization / A/B Testing)
• Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, Javascript, and/or CSS
• Brightedge Certification
• Google Analytics Certification
