Key Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with design, product, data engineers, engineers, and other key stakeholders within Payments.
Motivate team members and provide coaching in engineering best practices, scalable architecture design, and product roadmap discussions.
Maintain an inclusive team culture focused on autonomy, ownership, collaboration, communication, and impact.
Set clear individual and team goals that align with strategic engineering ambitions in collaboration with the product manager.
Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback culture.
Recruit new team members in line with Adyen's culture and required skills.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in the software development industry in a fast-paced tech environment.
Experience with Kotlin or C++.
Passionate and experienced with embedded technology.
Excellent communicator and team player with strong technical aptitude.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-engineers.
Full professional proficiency in English.

7+ years of experience in software development industry.
