About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle ERP modules, including data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues.
• Responding to business inquiries via email and ticketing systems, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
• Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle ERP modules to address specific client requirements.
• Applying updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs and security vulnerabilities.
• Contributing to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices.
• Identifying complex issues that require escalation to senior technical support engineers or development teams.
• Providing basic training to customers on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, especially the core Financial module.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion on cloud.
• Experience with reporting tools such as HCM Extracts, BIP, and OTBI.
• Technical proficiency with Oracle database concepts, SQL queries, and related technologies.
• Troubleshooting skills with the ability to systematically diagnose technical issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle ERP Finance.
• Knowledge of SQL.
