About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the Foreign Material Exploitation (FME) document production cycle to ensure analytic and production standards are integrated and adhered to.
• Edit, produce, and finalize FME products in accordance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and customer production standards for posting and distribution up to TS//SCI//SAP classification.
• Manage the production and development of products at multiple classification levels ensuring conformance with Intelligence Community authorized classification and control markings.
• Track, maintain, and archive copies of analytic products.
• Modify graphics as needed to support production requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 3 years of experience in proofing, editing, and converting draft files into PDF, MS Word, Photoshop, and other formats.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Professional (PDF), Microsoft Publisher, and HighPoint (HP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent deadlines with excellent organization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Due to SAP requirements, a CI polygraph may be required for access to specific IT systems or information.

Nice to Have

• Associates Degree (desired).

Qualifications

• High School Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
