About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the advisor transitions initiative by producing clear, concise documentation based on existing materials and stakeholder input.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure documentation is accurate, user-friendly and aligned with project goals.
• Maintain and organize documentation with proper version control and accessibility to various stakeholders.
• Contribute to other team documentation needs as they arise, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and project scopes.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Technical Writing.
• Expertise using a variety of tools (such as Adobe, MS Office, Snip-it, Visio, etc.).
• Proven ability to learn software products and translate technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and editing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in content management tools and documentation best practices.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Ability to distill complex technical material into content relevant to end users.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.
• Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and communication methods.
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Writing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in technical writing or communications, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
