About the Role

Our Clients Seller Education team is seeking an experienced copywriter to join their scrappy, startup culture and environment but with the resources of the Fortune #1 company. In this role, you'll heavily edit and produce written content for our eLearning content library that consists of 500+ guides and tutorials. It'll be your job to make sure the content is accurate, engaging, and informative. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, excellent writing and editing skills, and experience writing marketing copy and instructional content. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with 2-3 days a week on-site at one of our offices in Hoboken, NJ, San Bruno, CA, or Bentonville, AR, with remote options prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce written content for the eLearning content library consisting of over 500 guides and tutorials.
Ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and informative.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine content.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in an eLearning, technical writing, or product marketing copywriting role.
Experience in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries.
Bachelor's degree in an associated field or equivalent experience.
High attention to detail, excellent writing and editing skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with writing in instructional and marketing formats.

Nice to Have

Experience writing help documentation.
Experience with Contentstack CMS.
Experience with project management tools including Slack, Asana, JIRA, and Confluence.
Exceptional grammar, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiences using formal or casual tones.
Experience working collaboratively with project stakeholders and designers.
Proven ability to learn processes and platforms quickly.
Experience in the tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of relevant experience.
