About the Role

Fiserv's Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5-year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Fintech and unique to the individual. The program is designed for recent university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving career target. The internal portfolio is part of the Card Services team responsible for 19 applications providing mission critical services like Dispute Management, Transaction Research, Billing, Client Setup, and Implementation. Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, moving money and information securely and reliably, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver rewrite using Java technologies.
Support team members to ensure successful sprint outcomes.
Contribute to code quality through maintaining high quality software development standards.
Progressive tasks will be assigned to test, write code to test, and development tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree completing in May 2025 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.
3.0+ GPA.
Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
0-2 years of previous work experience.
Unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of React, Spring Boot, Microsoft Office, Vision, PowerPoint, Cloud Technologies, Microservices, and/or Oracle Database.

Qualifications

Completion of Bachelor's degree in relevant field by May 2025.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
