About the Role

As a Technology Solutions Architect Intern at Tri Counties Bank, you will be responsible for shadowing, observing, and participating in a full range of day-to-day duties in support of the Technology Solutions Architect's responsibilities. The position focuses on improving and modernizing the current business delivery of information technology, helping architect business value outcomes through context and competency driven engagement, and ensuring alignment with strategies and roadmaps. This internship offers an opportunity to build, guide, and oversee architecture, processes, and deliverables at multiple levels throughout the delivery life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Shadow, observe, and participate in day-to-day duties supporting the Technology Solutions Architect's responsibilities.
Help with architecting business value outcomes through context and competency driven engagement.
Build, guide, and oversee architecture, processes, and deliverables at multiple levels and throughout the delivery life cycle.
Ensure alignment with strategies and roadmaps, accelerate delivery across the technology portfolio, identify optimization opportunities, and manage trade-offs, impacts, risk, opportunities, and value creation.
Assist in improving and modernizing the current business delivery of information technology.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, Computer Security).
Willingness to partner effectively with technology business partners across the Bank.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Open and honest communication when facing challenges and issues.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically.

Nice to Have

Strong communication skills with integrity and professionalism in working with clients and partner employees.
High motivation with the ability to successfully help meet team objectives while maintaining individual performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
