Key Responsibilities

Designs and develops tools, processes, and best practices to facilitate functional test regression.
Communicates design and test strategy through demonstrations, hands-on tutorials, and technical documentation.
Interacts with Rockwell automation software, hardware, and firmware products in physical and virtualized lab environments.
Maintains documentation, databases, and processes.
Analyzes regression results and summarizes inconsistencies.
Prioritizes and executes multiple activities in parallel.
Works closely with product teams to ensure proper test coverage and timelines.
Clearly communicates and conveys concepts, both verbally and written.
Learns and understands complex automation and control system concepts.
Shares lessons learned, documents processes, and conducts team de-briefs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Legal authorization to work in the US; sponsorship for visas is not provided.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Typically requires 2 years of experience in Test Engineering, Software or Applications Engineering, DevOps, Technical Support, Quality Assurance, or other SDLC engineering roles.
Working knowledge of Python, Java, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
Experience with Rest APIs or custom web services.
Proficient in Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of software development and test methodologies.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of test case management and execution tools.
Knowledge of Agile principles, tools, and techniques.
Experience with Rockwell Automation products or other industrial control equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Legal authorization to work in the US.
