Test Engineer Intern

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute DC, AC, RF, and reliability characterization of active and passive semiconductor devices at the wafer level.
• Establish and document best practice protocols for testing in the device lab.
• Define hardware requirements for new electrical testing techniques, including identifying and assessing options for new equipment purchases.
• Assist with test structure design in support of new technology development.
• Perform parametric testing of new devices and contribute to data analysis.
• Assist with the definition and layout of new test structures for test chips.

Requirements

• Possessing or pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, materials science, or a related field.
• Experience with high frequency characterization of active and passive semiconductor devices using s-parameter measurements.
• Ability to establish best practices and documentation for device lab procedures.
• Ability to perform parametric testing of new devices and contribute to data analysis.
• Ability to assist with the definition and layout of new test structures for test chips.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or possessing a degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, materials science, or related field.
