About the Role

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership in delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with store associates, and embrace travel requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of store remodel projects in assigned stores, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Supervise and develop team members, providing mentorship, recognition, and career development opportunities.
  • Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.
  • Motivate and lead teams to meet project timelines and deliverables, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
  • Handle escalations and resolve concerns from store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
  • Travel frequently, up to 1000 miles from home, supporting projects across various locations, with overnight stays paid and travel time unpaid.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.
  • OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.
  • Ability to work primarily overnight shifts, averaging 10 to 12 hours.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Successful completion of all required training and assessments.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience.
  • All associates must attend and complete all required training and assessments.
  • Must sign an updated job description if hired after January 1, 2021.
