About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to predict trends and behavior patterns, deliver impactful data insights that drive business results.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making processes.
• Leverage emerging technologies to optimize data analytics processes, improve data reliability, and enhance the precision of predictive models (such as customer contact volume forecasting), directly affecting business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytical techniques into everyday operations, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement that directly impacts business results.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data science innovation, and leveraging these advancements for business success.
• Play a key role in strategic business decisions by providing data-led insights, contributing to the company's overall direction and growth.
• Develop and implement mechanisms for measuring the impact and effectiveness of data science initiatives on business operations and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leveraging advanced analytical techniques in a data science role.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with specialization in AI or machine learning.
• Proficient in modern AI tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Experience in driving a data-driven culture within an organization, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Nice to Have

• Data science, machine learning, optimization models, Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics.
• Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
• Experience using open source frameworks (for example, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Torch).
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
• Option 2: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year' experience in an analytics related field.
• Option 3: 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
