About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage our Gen AI applications built in React and React Native.
• Create responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React mastery.
• Develop mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
• Build scalable and efficient server-side applications with Node.js proficiency.
• Handle the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Integrate frontend and backend seamlessly, ensuring cohesive functionality.
• Optimize frontend performance using React's advanced features like hooks, context API, and lazy loading.
• Improve server performance with Node.js through asynchronous programming and efficient I/O handling.
• Design and implement scalable architectures that can grow with the application's user base.
• Ensure maintainable code through modular design, proper documentation, and adherence to coding standards.
• Set up Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines for smooth and automated deployments.
• Utilize cloud services (Azure) to manage and deploy applications efficiently.
• Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to prevent them.

Requirements

• Expert level knowledge of React.js, React Native, NextJs, Typescript, and Node.js.
• Experience in writing effective test cases and test automation.
• Deep understanding and experience in debugging issues in mobile and web applications.
• Experience with data storage and data retrieval.
• Experience using Kubernetes for deployment.
• Experience with Authorization and authentication frameworks in implementing those into mobile and Web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area, or 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area with 1 year's experience.
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
• Option 2: 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
