Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Drive design, development, implementation and documentation of solutions in Indirect Procurement space.
  • Extensively work on POCs to adopt the right solution for business.
  • Contribute to the success of the implementation by applying technical skills, to design and deploy enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with functional team to understand the requirement and design effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical team and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).
  • Drive and fuel innovation within the team, build hacks, work on patents.
  • Learn on the go and work on both new requests/projects as well as support production based on priority.
  • Work directly with business teams to understand their needs and deliver effective, tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or equivalent / above degree in Computer Science.
  • Overall 2+ years of Experience in Integration framework / middleware.
  • Hands on Experience of working on Programming concepts and skills - Primary-IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ, MFT, ITX.
  • Good understanding on Integration Patterns.
  • Have hands on experience of doing code reviews.
  • Good Knowledge on Release & deployment and CI/CD.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure, GCP, AWS.
  • Open Stack (Java etc.) and scripting experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex integration issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and standards such as WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • Experience with assistive technologies and integrating digital accessibility.
  • Masters in Computer Science.

Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
