You will be a key player in designing and optimizing these crucial communication channels, ensuring they are accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly. Your work will directly enhance the patient experience and streamline access to vital healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user experience research, interviews, and usability tests to understand user needs and pain points
  • Design effective and efficient interaction designs for complex data-intensive domains, ensuring a seamless user experience across applications
  • Create low to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test proposed solutions
  • Develop concepts and prototypes to help stakeholders envision proposed user experiences
  • Communicate design ideas, prototypes, and user-centered design principles to product, engineering, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the UX team to establish common design standards and shared UI components
  • Work with Product Managers and Engineers to define end-user needs and balance business requirements
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to plan, research, and facilitate UX processes, including design thinking activities for digital and non-digital touchpoints

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 0-2 years of related experience
  • Experience writing conversational dialogue for IVR & chat
  • Experience designing conversation flows for IVR & chat
  • Experience writing for accessibility and meeting grade level requirements

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UX design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, and InVision

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience or applicable knowledge reflecting 0-2 years of related work
  • Educational background in a quantitative or business field
