Key Responsibilities

Drive forward strategic plans for digital products to plan, build, optimize, and scale phases with a consumer-first mindset while hitting business set KPIs
Develop relationships with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to influence and collaborate on product vision, roadmaps, and user-centric solutions
Collaborate with UX core squads, Product Owners, and development partners to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, low-fi prototypes, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Leverage ecosystem design system and maintain a local organized design library for digital products
Use data and consumer insights along with KPIs and signals to support and validate UX approaches
Provide design support during development and execution, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and with high standards including accessibility standards

Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited university
7+ years of professional experience with 5+ years supporting digital products as a Writer/Copywriter

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working in an agency is preferred
Experience working with consumer package goods industry is preferred

Qualifications

Experience supporting digital products through writing or copywriting roles
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and digital trends
