About the Role

The Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer I role involves developing scalable and resilient software solutions, with a focus on full-stack development in a financial services context. The position requires a strong technical background and experience in agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack software applications using Java, Springboot, and Volante Mapping.
Design and implement micro-services architecture and scalable high-resiliency systems.
Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5-7 years of experience in full stack software development.
Experience with Java, Springboot, and Volante Mapping.
Experience with Angular (or React / JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of Micro-Services Architecture, Scalable High Resiliency Systems, and Workflow is preferred.
Experience in Agile Development.
Familiarity with SDLC tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Nice to Have
