About the Role

The Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer II role requires extensive experience in full-stack development, with a focus on microservices architectures, and involves working within an Agile environment. The position is suited for a highly skilled professional with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to the development and deployment of scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy microservices architectures using frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring IOC.
Design and implement front-end interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Collaborate within an Agile methodology to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Work with REST API principles, design patterns, and HTTP protocols to create robust APIs.
Utilize containerization tools and cloud platforms for deployment and scaling.

Requirements

7-9 years of full-stack development experience.
Working experience in Agile methodology.
Expertise in Core / Advanced Java, Python, and Object-Oriented Programming.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
7+ years' experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring IOC or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of JIRA, Junit, and Apache Kafka.
7 years' hands-on experience with SQL.
5+ years' experience with REST API principles, design patterns, and HTTP protocols.
Familiarity with containerization tools and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB and MongoDB is a plus.
Experience in securities or financial services industries is a plus.
