About the Role

The VP, DOOH Monetization & Partnerships at Cirrus Systems, Inc. is the founding operator of the company's ad strategy, responsible for scaling the media business across approximately 10,000 roadside LED screens. This role involves owning revenue and yield, publisher/host rev-share economics, programmatic infrastructure, packaging and pricing, measurement, and partner relationships, with end-to-end P&L accountability. Cirrus is a technology-enabled electronics provider specializing in digital signage solutions, including outdoor and indoor displays, content management, sensor technology, analytics software, and hardware monitoring, all integrated through their cloud platform, ScreenHub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish CPM floors, manage pacing, fill, eCPM, and take-rate across direct IOs and programmatic channels.
  • Standardize MSAs with clear rev-share models and SLAs; onboard sites with proof-of-play, lawful content controls, and impression methodology.
  • Build national brand and agency relationships; maintain PG/PMP deals; ensure marketplace health and bid density with SSPs/DSPs.
  • Define inventory taxonomy, POI/proximity offerings, measurement/attribution; publish a rate card and IO templates.
  • Implement trafficking, QA, category controls, and makegood policies; deliver weekly pacing/yield reports and payout statements.
  • Govern the impression model; deliver dashboards for bookings, eCPM/fill, yield levers, and payouts; maintain proof-of-play audit readiness.
  • Hire and coach a lean team including Ad Ops Lead, Programmatic Partnerships, and Publisher Partnerships as milestones are achieved.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in DOOH/OOH, retail media, or adtech with proven monetization builds.
  • Hands-on experience creating and troubleshooting PG/PMP deals; yield optimization across SSPs/DSPs.
  • Direct negotiation experience for host rev-share agreements and brand/agency demand.
  • Ability to define and defend an impression model for roadside screens; data-literate and action-oriented.
  • Operational knowledge of on-premise vs. off-premise constraints and municipal sensitivities.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship usable v1s in weeks; strong GTM materials and contract writing skills.
  • Prior ownership of a media P&L; experience with roadside/outdoor networks.
  • Experience with measurement partners, lift/attribution, and proof-of-play governance.
  • Existing relationships with national buyers and leading SSPs/DSPs.
