About the Role

A high-impact opportunity to lead the global creative vision for a culturally resonant and digitally native beauty brand. This role is the central creative authority for the brand worldwide, responsible for developing the visual identity, storytelling, and creative strategy that will be implemented across all international markets. The position involves setting the tone for brand presence across campaigns, packaging, social media, retail, and influencer content, ensuring consistency, relevance, and cultural edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the global creative vision, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, social, packaging, in-store, e-commerce, and influencer content
  • Oversee end-to-end development for 360 campaigns, including concepting, art direction, design, and production
  • Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, copywriters, and producers; mentor emerging creative talent and foster a culture of feedback and growth
  • Partner closely with brand, digital, product, and marketing leads to ensure creative alignment with business goals and product innovation
  • Spearhead digital-first storytelling, with a strong focus on short-form video, social platforms, and community-driven content
  • Serve as the creative lead and final approver for all global initiatives, providing toolkits, direction, and templates for execution across regional and local markets
  • Ensure executional excellence and consistency while empowering global teams to adapt creatively within the brand framework
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, visual language, and aesthetic shifts; bring bold, forward-thinking ideas that keep the brand relevant and distinctive
  • Inspire and align stakeholders across zones with clarity, authority, and creative excellence

Requirements

  • Experience leading global creative teams in a branding or agency environment, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating innovative and culturally relevant work
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining brand identity across multiple channels and markets
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor creative teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling, social media platforms, and community-driven content
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work on a global scale
