2026 - Customer Development Co-op (Multiple Openings)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work within a dynamic team to identify and execute omni-channel business-building opportunities for key retailers across Food, Drug, Mass, Specialty, and Omni channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners including Marketing, Customer Strategy, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and IT.
• Develop strong retailer, category, and shopper analytical and insights skills by working with data sources such as Circana (IRI), Nielsen, POS, and Shopper/Panel.
• Build technical expertise in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power PBI, Nielsen Panel, Numerator, and Profitero.
• Engage in ongoing development through onboarding programs, monthly Lunch and Learns, networking, and mentorship initiatives.
• Analyze data to understand business drivers and trends, assist with managing promotional display programs.
• Report and evaluate monthly sales versus forecast activity, support new item launch processes, and assist with Sales Operations tools.
• Execute retail and consumer initiatives and support projects aligned with key business strategies and omni-channel, digital-first approach.

Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree during the assignment.
• Intended graduation date of 2027 or 2028.
• Availability to complete a 6-month co-op from January 2026 to June 2026, working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; proficiency in advanced analytics platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an intended graduation date of 2027 or 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
