About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the product model and SKU image management infrastructure across syndicated systems supporting improvements to creation, upload, tagging, and syndication processes.
• Perform product and asset data management activities, ensuring timely completion within tight deadlines to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Proactively generate ideas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital asset and data management processes.
• Handle multiple assignments concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in asset and data management activities.
• Meet short turnarounds and deadlines for requested tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Increase technology knowledge and skills.
• Develop team-based work proficiencies.
• Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Library Science, Information Management, Digital Media, Data Management or Marketing.
• Must have an anticipated graduation date between 2026-2028.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

• Extremely organized, ability to prioritize work, and manage multiple projects at one time while willing to try different avenues to solve problems.
• Technically savvy and able to troubleshoot within content management systems and online web tools.
• Interest in digital asset management, data management or library science.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or another DAM vendor.
• Experience with Jira or other project management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
• Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in relevant fields.
• Anticipated graduation between 2026-2028.
