Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay's electronic applications
Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
Location: able to work fully remote with eligible working rights and in the field of the team region
Curious and empathetic personality
Motivated by meaningful work and aligned with core values
Positive outlook, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in an evolving environment

Nice to Have

Experience in payment processing or SaaS sales
Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills

Qualifications
