Key Responsibilities

Generating admissions and growing patient census in a designated territory.
Engaging in outside sales activities to promote clinical programs and outcomes.
Connecting with medical professionals to link high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with teams.
Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results.
Understanding of referral source decision-making and decision makers.
Skilled in problem solving and providing solutions to meet patient and business needs.
High confidence in interacting with healthcare professionals at all levels.
Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives.
Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate.
Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance as per state laws.

Nice to Have

Experience in post acute or DME sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred).
