About the Role

The Account Executive (SER) role is a remote position within GM Envolve, responsible for managing a territory within Florida. The role involves promoting B2B solutions, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales performance. The position requires living within the region, with travel up to 75%, and does not offer relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship. GM Envolve is a leader in fleet vehicle sales, focusing on end-to-end B2B solutions to help partners meet their business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Conquest new account opportunities
  • Develop sales strategy and business plans for assigned accounts
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure early engagement in the customer buying process to diagnose customer needs and tailor solutions
  • Leverage strategic sales methodology, advance sales opportunities, and generate revenue growth
  • Actively manage sales pipeline to ensure constant flow of new business into GM
  • Collaborate with GM B2B business units to ensure customer success, solution adoption, and sales expansion
  • Provide continuous feedback to GM B2B business units to drive future product enhancements
  • Update the CRM system with accurate customer information, contact details, and activity logs
  • Implement and track key performance metrics
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
  • 5+ years B2B sales and/or account management experience
  • Demonstrable history of exceeding sales objectives and growing new business
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence business partners
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities while maintaining effectiveness
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, rapidly evolving industry and organization
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
  • Travel required, up to 75% within the assigned region
  • Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis; a company vehicle will be provided after review

  • Formal educational background includes a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
