About the Role

The Account Manager at RNR Tire Express is an important part of the store leadership team, responsible for managing customer agreements and helping customers achieve ownership. The role involves building lasting relationships with customers to serve as their tire and wheel provider for life. The company is a national franchise retailer with a focus on serving customers, supporting employees with training and tools, and fostering a family-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing customer agreements to collect the store's revenue.
Helping customers by encouraging them to achieve ownership.
Building lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

Must be goal driven and motivated.
Have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Pass a drug test.
Have excellent communication skills and work well with others.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in customer service.
Collections experience is helpful.
A positive attitude.
Ability to relocate to Tupelo, MS 38801 before starting work.

Qualifications

Driver's License (Required).
