About the Role

This role is for a Territory Sales Manager in Belgrade, focusing on building materials within the Rocky Mountain states. The position involves managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence. The role is primarily a sales liaison position, representing the company in the field and engaging with industry professionals such as builders, architects, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory by developing and executing a strategic sales plan.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and other commercial and residential stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular contact, field visits, and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including production, customer service, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer engagement using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Attend regional trade shows, builder events, and industry networking functions as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for product innovation or improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and managing a territory with measurable results.
  • Experience selling to the architectural and builder communities is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms.
