About the Role

The Adobe AJO Lead Developer at Infosys is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer within a collaborative and innovative environment. The role involves working with marketing and data teams to optimize engagement and ensure data governance, contributing to Infosys's commitment to a supportive and equitable digital society.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Integrate Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data sources and schemas to support journey orchestration.
Collaborate with marketing and data teams to define use cases and audience segments.
Develop and manage real-time and batch journeys across email, push, and other channels.
Monitor journey performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for AJO campaigns.

Requirements

At least 4+ years of experience with Information Technology.
At least 4 years of experience in AOJ, AEM.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schemas, datasets, and segments.
Experience with Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Events, and Decisioning Engine.
Familiarity with JSON, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Knowledge of customer data models, identity resolution, and data ingestion workflows.
Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO.

Nice to Have

Experience with designing and implementing customer journeys.
Exposure to marketing automation and personalization strategies.

Qualifications

Educational background in relevant fields (implied by experience requirements).
