Key Responsibilities

  • Manage development and implementation of assigned stories.
  • Create code quality scan reports and generate action plans to resolve issues.
  • Identify risks and suggest mitigation plans for technological constraints designed by the Technical Architect.
  • Help resolve technical problems as they arise and participate in code review processes.
  • Implement development best practices.
  • Implement Adobe coding guidelines and best practices along with development processes.
  • Support quality engineering teams during testing phases.
  • Participate in debugging sessions with the development team.

Requirements

  • 5 years or above of hands on Adobe Commerce or AEM application development experience. Should have experience on both Frontend and Backend development.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on front end web development using basic frameworks on CSS, HTML and JavaScript, including concepts of DOM and SPA.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on different frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Handlebars and Angular).
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on different webservice integrations such as REST and SOAP.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on data structures and object oriented development.
  • Knowledge and experience on website performance and security improvements.
  • Experience on web responsive site development across multiple devices.
  • Experience on website accessibility.
  • Basic knowledge and hands on experience on code versioning tools.
  • Basic knowledge and hands on experience on continuous integration and development tools, including code quality scans such as SonarQube, CheckMarx and BlackDuck.
  • Keen interest in web-site technology and aptitude for problem solving.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge on functional unit testing (e.g., Selenium, Jasmine, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of technology architecture.
