Responsible for design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software systems and responsible for one or more specific modules within a large software system scope.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.
Follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, supportable and demo the software products to stakeholders.
Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
Work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
Assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.
Actively look for innovation and continuous improvement, efficiency in all assigned tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), JavaScript ES6, Bootstrap 4, node js, express, hapi and JavaScript MVC frameworks (such as Angular, React, Vue).
Minimum of 4 years hands on experience with backend REST/JSON APIs integration.
Minimum of 4 years hands on experience with Responsive Web Design.
Good communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements to design, build UI, and JavaScript code.
Experience working in a Scrum/Agile team and working in time boxed sprints is a plus.
Experience with versioning systems such as GIT.
Experience with microservice architecture is a plus.
AWS, Kubernetes and Docker knowledge is a plus.
