A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As the Advanced Energy Market Innovation Lead, you'll be at the forefront of developing solutions to market challenges. You will also work with internal and external partners, drive research and analysis, and design new market structures and market design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and development of market innovation for advanced energy solutions across global data center portfolio.

  • Experience in a core related area, such as energy and climate policy or global decarbonization pathways and approaches.

Nice to Have

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience forming strategic opinions and insights, then translating and presenting these into recommendations for audiences, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Experience translating key information and using data to drive impactful decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Compensation details reflect the base salary only, excluding bonus, equity, or benefits.
  • Additional benefits are offered as part of the total compensation package.
