About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions supporting armed services training community as part of a cross functional team.
• Apply technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in creative ways.
• Contribute technically in a group setting and collaborate with team members.
• Champion new ideas and process improvements within the team.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• Requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within the facilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C++, Angular, Python, & Java.
• Familiarity with the Agile Framework.
• Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies.
• Collaborative team player eager to provide technical contributions.
• Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
